FF&E Procurement Specialist
Role for approximately 3 to 4 months (project completion), part time 3 days a week
We are looking to recruit a candidate to join us immediately and work on the FF&E procurement for an high-end residential project in London which is due to be completed in May 2022.
The successful candidate will be solely responsible for taking over an in-progress procurement process,
including budgeting, purchasing and delivery of FF&E. Showing ability to step in and take over quickly will be
a must.
Skills required::
Experience in dealing with procurement on similar project
Proficient and experienced in FF&E procurement and documentation
The ability and elegance to deal independently and proactively with design team, FF&Esuppliers and client at
an international level displaying excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Office package
Ability to quickly take over the current budgeting/reporting system run on Excel
Experience in residential sector
Hospitality industry experience desirable but not essential
Proficiency in Filemaker
Knowledge of fabric and furniture suppliers essential
Ability to work to deadlines and keep calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
InDesign and or Photoshop experience desirable
Willing to assist in other projects’ FF&E tasks if required
Salary is dependent on ability and experience and will be discussed at interview stage possibility of long-term employment if all goes well.

Interior Designer
Anouska Hempel is looking for an experienced interior designer to help with high-end residential and
commercial projects. This role is ideal for a mid-weight/senior interior designer who wants to get involved
all aspects of the design process in a fast-paced environment.

of fields including architecture, landscaping, antiquities, and artwork.

The ideal candidate will have:
As much residential/ commercial design experience as possible, with a minimum of 5 years. Having an
architectural degree is beneficial, but not necessary.
Multi-layered experience in interior decoration and architecture to work on landscape design, hotels,
and residentials.
Proficiency in InDesign, photoshop, and Microsoft Office
A fascination with interior decoration. You will be enthusiastic and willing to hit the ground running.
